Our Clinicians

Dr. Thomas Lawrence, DC.

(Doctor of Chiropractic) (MChiro)

I’m Tom, the principal chiropractor at Goose Lane and Hollings Lane Clinics. I graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree in 2012. Before opening Goose Lane Clinic in 2013, I worked with a fantastic team in Scunthorpe.

I run the clinics with my wife, mum and our fantastic team. We have a beautiful daughter, Rosie, who I’m sure you’ll all see at some point in the clinics getting adjusted.

When I was 12 years old, my whole family started seeing a chiropractor – I had my first adjustment and have never looked back! I find that chiropractic not only keeps me feeling at my best, but also energised and connected to life. The potential that our body’s hold amazes me every day.

When I first became a chiropractor, I was more focused around sports performance and helping athletes function at their best. I have worked with Team GB swimmers for the 2012 Olympic Games and I have taken part in a research project with the Welsh Rugby Union. Even now, I work with a range of professional and semi-professional athletes on a daily basis, which I really enjoy. Sports, however, is a small part of my practice. I love seeing the wide variety of people in our clinic community; from new born babies to elderly people, who are still very young at heart.

The reason we can do this is because chiropractic doesn’t ‘treat’ any ailment but instead helps boost a person’s natural ability to express itself to the fullest.  This could be expression in the ability to heal or the ability for someone to get the most out of their life and activities.  This is because chiropractic is safe and effective for all ages, with care being tailored completely to an individual’s case.

Seeing people positively change and get the most out of life makes me very proud of what I do. I really enjoy presenting educational chiropractic talks to the public to share my knowledge, success stories and answer any questions you may have. Drop me a line if this is of interest to you!

  • Meet Rebecca

    Hi, I am Rebecca.

I am from sunny South Africa and I’m a family chiropractor with a Masters of Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg.

I have worked in several established practices in Cape Town before I moved to the UK with my husband in 2020.

I've always wanted to be involved with the healing and caring for people and I believe in a very natural approach - chiropractic fits just that!

I aim to empower practice members to embrace a natural, drug-free approach to aid healing and assist well being. From pregnancy, tots and teens to the weekend warrior (and everything in-between) I focus on addressing the root cause of the dysfunction and not simply the symptom.

  • Meet Jordane

    Hi I’m Jordane.

I’ve been at Goose Lane Clinic since I qualified from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014. I’ve always lived in Yorkshire and currently live in Leeds; with my Fiancé Matty and our little dog Angel. (We’re all a bit dog mad here!)

I always wanted a profession where I could help and look after people, so when I found chiropractic I knew it was right for me. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals, weather that’s running a 10k or being able to play football in the garden with the kids. I’ve always loved looking after and spending time with kids too, I’m the babysitter in our growing family!  So being able to do all that at work is such a blessing.  With this I have a passion for providing care to Mums (whether pregnant or post birth) and children, from brand new babies through all walks of life.  I have completed additional specialist training in paediatrics and am always open to trying to help any new parents with advice where I can.  If not, bring your kids in for a complimentary consultation and first adjustment as we offer a special deal for children under 16.  We know how important a working nervous system for a developing and growing body!

  • Meet Matt

My name is Matt, originally from the land of Milton Keynes. I’m enjoying the fresh northern air (North for

me) and the very friendly people around these parts! I have a passion for living life to the full! I’ve given

most things a go but currently enjoy rock climbing (you’ll find me and Joe somewhere up a wall most

Wednesday mornings), mountain biking and a bit of squash when I can, but always looking to get

    involved with new groups!

Chiropractic helps me do all the things I love to do. I also have the great pleasure of providing this

fantastic care to our clinic community. I’ll usually start by finding what gets you out of bed each day and

try to help you achieve and maintain your health goals. The team here are amazing and I feel very

privileged to work alongside them as we start people on their health journeys.

I love seeing a variety of patients in our clinic community from teenagers to wrinklies, giving me an

amazing variety of people to work with. At the end of the day I really enjoy trying to help people get the

most out of their bodies! This could be through sports performance or people just wanting to sleep and

    move a bit easier.

I look forward to seeing you – let’s get your body and nervous system functioning at its best!.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am a Chiropractic Assistant. I live in Ravenfield with my husband and 3 children.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, I not only help organise the clinicians to make sure the clinic runs as smoothly as possible, but I also get to be involved in supporting our patients through their care plans.

All of my family are adjusted at the clinics including my children and grandparents so I can advise you from my personal experiences. I love talking to our lovely patients and it’s great to be a part of such an amazing team - they’re brilliant!

  • Meet Helen

Hi my name is Helen and after being a patient at the clinic for over a year, I became a member of this amazing team! I am a Chiropractic Assistant and love supporting the team in any way I can. It's fantastic to watch the patients' journey to wellness and seeing how their lives can really change. The outcomes

from care are incredible, so much so that my partner and children have also began their health and wellness journeys with the clinics!

  • Meet Sasha

    Hey I'm Sasha!

I joined the team in April 21 and I absolutely love it!

The whole team are so friendly, it really doesn't feel like coming to work.

I bring my 3 young children to the clinic for their adjustments regularly, and my partner is pushing me to get him booked in with a massage therapist!

I studied Health sciences at university, so I have a background in health and how the body works. It's amazing to see how much chiropractic can help so many people!

As a technician I especially love seeing how people progress by comparing their scans, it really is an emotional experience to witness at times, and I am privileged to be a part of it!

  • Meet Jordan

    Hi I'm Jordan

I am the Screening Lead and part of the Community Outreach team. I completed my degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Leeds university and found my passion for health and wellbeing. If you would like to arrange an event or would like to know more about the event get in touch. I am also part of the chiropractic technician team so you may see me working on the scans. • Meet Brooke

Hi, my name is Brooke and I am a Massage Therapist here at Goose Lane & Hollings Lane clinics. I graduated from Leeds Beckett University as a Sports and Exercise Therapist in 2017 and completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Throughout this time, I was lucky enough to work with a number of professional athletes within my work placements, including footballers at Sheffield United FC and Bradford City FC, where I was able to develop my skills and knowledge. More recently I have been working with the Sheffield United football academy, providing pitch side management to the youth teams. I am passionate about working with the young athletes, seeing them progress and enjoying being active. However, this isn’t the most of my patient base I see practice members from all walks of life Being a Sports Therapist is something I have always strived towards. Over the years I have seen family and friends’ overall health, mood and energy levels affected by external stresses. I am proud to say that I am now one of the people that can help them. I thrive seeing so many people achieve a healthy and happy lifestyle and be the best version of themselves. I pride myself on being a good listener and advisor which helps to set targets and achieve goals getting the most out of your care. I look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of your journey!

  • Meet Heidi

Hi I’m Heidi! I'm one of the massage therapists in clinic. I completed a 3 year degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Birmingham,. Following this, I worked in a spa/salon setting for a year. I then met Tom and the team and have been with them since 2016. I have found being in a clinical environment is much more suited to how I want to work.

I became a sports therapist because I always knew I wanted to help people using a hands-on approach so this was a perfect career choice for me.

I really enjoy working in the clinics and find seeing such a wide range of people every day very interesting. I feel so happy when I see people achieving their health and lifestyle goals!

I am a massive Harry Potter fan and love visiting its attractions. I live with my boyfriend Jake just 10 minutes away from the clinics.

  • Meet Beth

Hi, my names Beth! I am a bubbly and friendly person who strives to give people the best care.

I have a First Class Honours degree from Leeds Beckett University in Sport and Exercise Therapy. I have experience in a range of sporting and clinic environments including the universities injury clinic, Mansfield Town Football Club, Brownlee Brothers scholarship programme and Leeds rhinos rugby club.

I like meeting new people and have a passion to help people from all backgrounds and ages. I love being part of someone’s health journey to help them work towards their goals! I enjoy keeping active, going to the gym and walking my dog Raymond.

  • Meet Harrison

Hi I’m Harrison, I have been newly appointed as a Soft Tissue Therapist at Goose and Hollings Lane clinic and look forward to embracing my new role and joining the team in encompassing patient’s health and wellbeing.

I have always wanted a career that combined both the elements of sport, health and wellbeing. I studied Sport and Exercise Therapy at Leeds Beckett University and successfully graduated in July 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

My university placement experiences consisted of working within the sporting backgrounds of Rotherham United F.C and Thornensians RUFC.  I thrived on building my knowledge, skills and experience of working to enhance athlete’s health and wellbeing through sports massage and rehabilitation and seeing progressive results which was very rewarding.

In my spare time I like to keep myself occupied by going to the gym, and I also love being outdoors, walking in the Peak district.  I have been a huge Snooker fan from a young age and participated in the Sheffield Snooker league, and have been lucky enough to play a match against the legends Steve Davies and Stephen Hendry.

I look forward to meeting practice members and help achieve optimal health throughout care.

  • Meet Becky

Hi I’m Becky and I am married to the wonderful Tom.

I started as a primary teacher but decided to move to the world of chiropractic after seeing Tom and the team build and the amazing outcomes in our clinic community. I now work as one of the managers at the clinic and it’s the best decision I ever made!

My role as a manager involves a bit of everything from working on reception with our fabulous Chiropractic Assistants, scanning patients, marketing, social media and helping to ensure our patients get the best care and experience possible.

My favourite part about working at the clinics is our wonderful patients. I love chatting to everyone, hearing about what they have been getting up to and how chiropractic has changed their lives.

You won’t see me around clinic quite as often as I am busy looking after mine and Tom’s daughter Rosie who was born in June 2018. We come to clinic at least once per week to be checked and adjusted and we are always at the regular team meetings.

  • Meet Gill

My name is Gill Lawrence one of our clinic managers and along with my late husband Rob helped our

son, Tom, open Goose Lane Clinic in 2013. We are fortunate to have the most amazing staff team

who really care about improving our patient’s wellbeing. I look forward to seeing you in our clinic

but I work mainly in the back office unless you see me covering reception occasionally.

Prioritise yourself, invest in your health, and give us a call today to start your journey towards a healthier future.
